What would happen if you knew exactly how these choices come about?
Economics and marketing are well-represented in business. Psychology, on the other hand, much less so. That is quite strange because good management is about human choice behaviour. It is not just economics and marketing that can shed light on this subject. For emotional and material well-being, knowing how to stimulate, guide and influence choice behaviour is essential.

About the speaker:
Hein Heijen is a lecturer, author and expert in the field of applied neuromarketing, sales & influence psychology. Hein studied business administration and psychology, specialising in counselling techniques, neuropsychology, clinical psychology and social psychology.
