UAE Corporate Tax: Technical Training Workshops for Dubai Registered Businesses [IMTITHAL] Extern Event
IMTITHAL will provide an overview of the provisions of the Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses and will clarify the rules for determining the taxable income, the computation of the tax liability and take the participants through the tax compliance journey from registration to filing and overview the possible penalties and appeals procedures.
The sessions will also provide opportunities to raise questions and engage with a group of tax professionals with an aim to offer a more in-depth knowledge of certain special provisions related to the treatment of intra-group transactions and transactions with related persons, tax grouping, reliefs, thin capitalization rules, transfer pricing, and foreign tax credits.
IMTITHAL will include hands-on real-world examples and will be concluded with a brief assessment to test the knowledge of the participants and the takeaways of the session.
Upon the conclusion of each session, participants will be awarded a certificate of achievement.
