On behalf of Albwardy Damen, we would like to invite you to the next Behind The Scenes Event: Albwardy Damen Site Visit, which will take place on Monday, May 15 from 10.30 AM to 12 PM at their new shipyard located at Sharjah Hamriyah Freezone.
Join this site visit to Albwardy Damen, a joint venture between Albwardy Investment Dubai, and the Damen Shipyards Group, the Netherlands - both family-owned companies with a long history. They provide shipbuilding and ship-repair services to the marine and oil & gas industries in the Middle East.
Designed and built to the highest technical and environmental standards, the spacious new yard is located on a huge 210,000 square metre site with a fully enclosed blasting/painting shop, as well as a covered newbuild construction hall. They have all the major trades in-house, including an extensive and experienced Engineering Department. With a 120x26 metre shiplift, ample docking space, and 1,000 metres of quayside with a water depth of up to 8 metres, Albwardy Damen is serving all operators in the region which have vessels of up to 120 metres.
