New Articles of Association
We would like to inform you, that we are finalizing the process of aligning The new Articles of Association of the NBC with the bylaws introduced by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce ('DCC'). The DCC is the relevant licensing authority for the business councils in Dubai.
We were able to incorporate into the new Articles of Association ( to be adopted) some of the relevant clauses from our current Articles of Association. Please see the link for the proposed new Articles of Association for your review and consideration.
In the coming weeks, an e-mail will be sent to our members to vote for the new Articles of Association.
